The Selena PCOS app is operated by Explora SAS, a company registered in France, located at Bègles (33130).

C. IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

  • Selena PCOS is NOT a medical service. The information provided in the app is for educational purposes only. For any health-related decisions, please consult a qualified professional. Selena PCOS is designed to support users in managing their lifestyle and well-being, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
  • Recipes: Users are responsible for adapting suggested recipes to their specific health allergies and conditions. Users should not try ingredients they are not familiar with without consulting a qualified medical professional.
  • Safe use: Selena PCOS should not be used to encourage or promote unhealthy, illegal or dangerous behaviors.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific tangible outcomes from using the app. Users should use the app at their own risk and are encouraged to use it sensibly as part of a healthy lifestyle.

D. AI LIMITATIONS

Selena PCOS uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with food recommendations and ingredient analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated information may contain errors or inaccuracies.
The app's AI features should be considered as supportive tools and not as a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

E. USER CONDUCT

Users are expected to conduct themselves responsibly while using the app.
To use the Selena PCOS app, users must be at least 16 years old.
Failure to meet these rules might lead to account termination.

F. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app logo, design elements, and other visual assets are protected intellectual properties.
Users are not allowed to reuse them without permission.

G. PERSONAL DATA

The app collects and stores declarative symptoms, diet & pathology data provided by users during the introduction form.
Data storage is only local, on the user's device. Using the scanner feature transfers pseudonymised data for analysis to our AI provider (Firebase AI, Google), which is deleted after analysis.

H. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

The app offers an optional subscription to enable additional features and content.
