Subscription Terms

A. OUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION UNLOCKS THE FOLLOWING FEATURES

  • PCOS Scanner & recommendations
  • All available recipes
  • All available exclusive resources
  • Cycle stability tracking

These advantages remain available as long as the user has an active subscription plan, and as long as Selena PCOS remains available on the App Stores.

B. SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS

Here are the subscription periods that can be available in our app:

  • Yearly subscription
  • Monthly subscription

C. AI SCANNER USAGE AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Access to the AI Scanner is designed for fair and reasonable use.
To keep the service stable and available for all users, automated or excessive scanning attempts may temporarily trigger a short cooldown period before another scan can be made.
In rare cases, repeated unusually high usage patterns that could affect overall system performance may lead to temporary suspension of scanner access.

If the AI Scanner experiences a temporary interruption or technical issue, our team will work to restore access as quickly as possible. Users with an active subscription will continue to have access to all other premium features during this time.
While service interruptions are rare, they may occasionally occur due to maintenance or external dependencies. Please note that temporary unavailability of the scanner does not entitle users to financial compensation or refunds.

D. END OF TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

The payment is charged to your account after a confirmation of purchase. The subscription is renewed automatically unless you turn it off 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription automatically renews for the same duration as the original offer the user subscribed to.
The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings (Google Play or App Store) after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Some subscriptions include a free trial. We send reminders before the trial ends, but these reminders may not arrive due to system limitations, network issues, device changes, app reinstalls, or notification settings on the user's device. Users are solely responsible for tracking their trial end date and canceling before charges begin if they don't wish to continue.

E. CANCELING A TRIAL OR SUBSCRIPTION

If you want to cancel a subscription during its free trial, you have to cancel it through your account in the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged.
